About
Just over twenty years ago I assisted with my first labor and birth. I fell in love with helping mothers through this beautiful and amazing journey.
Fast forward to today and I am now offering my experience, care and attention as a Doula to expectant mothers in Connecticut. I am involved in the Doula community, staying abreast of latest and tried-and-true methods and techniques to ensure the best birth experiences. Taking a taylored approach to each mother to make them as comfortable and confident as possible. With previous experience in education I take seriously my role as a birth, postpartum and lactation educator and advocate.
